GSO Receives a Delegation from the COSQC of the Republic of Iraq

The GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) welcomed a delegation from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) of the Republic of Iraq to its headquarters in Riyadh on 06–07 May 2025.

The visit aimed at enhancing cooperation and strengthening relations between the two organizations. During the meeting, both sides held constructive discussions on areas of joint collaboration, with a particular focus on conformity assessment, exchange of technical expertise, and capacity building initiatives.

This visit reflects the mutual commitment to fostering partnerships and supporting the development of standardization activities and quality infrastructure that contribute to trade exchange between GSO member states and Iraq.
