GSO President Condoles Sultan of Oman on the death of Sultan Qaboos
His Excellency, Saud bin Nasser Al-Khusaibi, President of the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO), sent a telegram of condolence to His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Bin Taimur Al Said, Sultan of Oman on the death of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed, may Allah bless his soul.
In the context of the condolence telegram, GSO president said: “I extend to your Majesty our most sincere condolences on the death of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed. By his death, the world lost a great influential and wise leader who was credited after God in the march of the renaissance and development witnessed by the Sultanate of Oman, and as one of the founding leaders of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, which we are witnessing today its achievements at all levels, and the promotion of peace and tolerance at the regional and international levels.
Mr. AlKhusaibi also conveyed a similar telegram of condolences to His Excellency Dr. Ali Bin Masoud Al-Sunaidi, Minister of Trade and Industry of the Sultanate of Oman – Member of the Ministerial Committee of the GCC Standardization Organization.
He concluded his telegrams by saying: in this hour of grief we express our heart-felt condolences to the Omani leadership and its people and pray to the Almighty that his soul may rest in peace, to Allah we belong, and to Him we do return.
