GSO 1943:2016 Scope
This gulf technical regulation is concerned with the general safety requirements and parameters as well as labeling and packaging requirements that should be fulfilled by all cosmetics and personal care products. An illustrative list of these products is given in Annex 1 of this technical regulation.
