GSO 651:1996 Scope

This standard is concerned with cream for direct consumption after being subjected to heat treatment (pasteurization or sterilization or ultra-heat treatment, UHT). It is concerned with cream (table cream), half cream, heavy cream, whipping cream, whipped cream, double cream, dry cream (cream powder) and flavoured cream. This standard does not apply to fermented cream.
