Overview

This qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to become a professional trainer, has never delivered training before, or for trainers who want to reinvigorate their training skills.

The course extends basic training techniques by encouraging a dynamic and flexible approach to training delivery, and it enables delegates to understand the fundamental stages of the learning process.

Course outline

This train-the-trainer seminar is for participants who have a good understanding of basic training principles including adult-learning concepts, Kolb's learning cycle, training methods, and learning-sequence design.

Course Objectives

The objective of this part is to prepare a professional trainer who has effective presentation and facilitation skills. Participants will practice delivery through several rounds of short presentations and training sessions. Participants will learn how to use advanced training aides and tools including case studies, role-plays, surveys, self-assessments, and Audio/Visual tools.

• Describe the key principles of effective communication in a workshop setting.
