This GSO standard is concerned with the
requirements of salad dressing, emulsified sauce and dipping sauce that
are prepared for direct human consumption. This standard does not
cover non-emulsified sauces such as tomato sauce, cheese sauce, barbeque sauce,
sweet and or chili pepper sauce, and water – based sauces (such as Fish sauce and Oyster sauce). |
تختص هذه المواصفة القياسية الخليجية بالاشتراطات الواجب توفرها في صلصة
السلطة والصلصات المستحلبة وصلصة التغميس، المعدّة للاستهلاك الآدمي ولا تشمل الصلصات غير المستحلبة مثل صلصة الطماطم، صلصة الجبن، صلصات
المشاوي، صلصة الفلفل الحار والحلو والصلصات الرائقة غير المستحلبة (كصلصة السمك
وصلصة المحار) والمايونيز.
