Course Objectives :
To enable the trainee to understand and analyze the provisions of ISO 9001 for the year
2015.
Qualifying the trainee to understand the mechanisms of effective implementation of the
clauses and know how to turn the requirements into reality.
Learn the skills of auditing on the standard and the skills to deal with the auditees
Be able to know and describe the responsibilities of the auditor and the role of internal
audit in maintaining the quality management system.

All staff involved in audits of the quality management system, as well as those responsible for
leading, monitoring and maintaining the quality system.

What is QMS? What is ISO and what is ISO 9001?
Quality management system principles according to the international standard ISO 9001:
2015
The most important differences between the old and new requirements of the ISO 9001 and
why the latest amendments were added?
PDCA cycle and its linkage to QMS requirements.
What are the clauses of ISO 9001 - Explanation of the clauses and their implementation
mechanisms in the organizations.
How do we audit the quality management system requirements? What are the mechanisms for
exploring the audit evidence and what are the mechanisms for evaluating the
evidence?
Good practices to conduct audits properly in accordance with ISO 19011.
 How do we prepare for the audits? How to practice it and finish writing its observations properly and
according to international best practice.
Course Training Methods:
The course is based on practical application and participation to explore and practice the skill. The
course will include many practical applications that cover at least 60% of the
total program time. The course will also include the study of real cases.
