• Introduce the GCC Conformity Marking scheme and the requirements for designating and accrediting conformity assessment bodies, their roles and obligations.

This comprehensive applied program qualifies the personnel of conformity assessment bodies (notified/accepted bodies) to apply the three technical regulations enacted by Administrative Decisions No. (1), (2) and (3) of 2025 soundly and holistically — from understanding the designation and accreditation requirements within the GCC Conformity Marking scheme, through the conformity-assessment routes and the review of technical files and test reports, to the issuance of conformity certificates and their electronic verification. It is dedicated to private-sector conformity assessment bodies, raising the efficiency of the conformity-assessment system and ensuring consistency of its work within the scope of the three technical regulations in service of the Omani and GCC market.
