• Introduce the GCC Conformity Marking scheme and the requirements for designating and accrediting conformity assessment bodies, their roles and obligations.

• Provide an in-depth understanding of the technical and procedural requirements for issuing conformity certificates across the three regulations (Decisions 1, 2 and 3).

• Apply the appropriate conformity-assessment routes (modules) for each product category and link them to the reference standards.

• Master technical-file and test-report review and random sampling within the scope of designation.

• Use the GSO and national (HZM) platforms to issue and electronically verify certificates.

• Understand the rights and obligations of the parties concerned (manufacturer, authorized representative, importer, distributor) and the control and accountability mechanisms.

• Handle, document and risk-classify non-conformities in line with GCC Accreditation Center procedures and the approved timeframes
