أهداف البرنامج :
1- التعرف على متطلبات إنشاء وتأسيس نظام الجودة للمعاهد القومية للمترولوجيا
2- توحيد المفاهيم والرؤى بين العاملين في معاهد المترولوجيا ومؤسساتها في وطننا العربي
3- التعرف على آليات ومتطلبات كل من الاعتراف الدولي بقدرات القياس التي تمنحها معاهد المترولوجيا وأيضا متطلبات مواصفة اعتماد مختبرات القياس والمعايرة بإصدارها الحديث لعام 2017
4- التعرف على محاور المنظمة الدولية ILAC لتحقيق الإسناد المترولوجي وموقع معاهد المترولوجيا من هذه المحاور
الفئات المستهدفة :
1- رؤساء الأقسام والوحدات بمعاهد ومؤسسات المترولوجيا بالعالم العربي
2- فرق الجودة (مدير الجودة – المدير الفني – مسئول توكيد وضمان الجودة) بجهات القياس والمعايرة
3- فرق تقييم واعتماد المختبرات (مقيم الجودة – المقيم الفني – الخبراء – ضابط الاعتماد) الباحثون والمهتمون بشكل عام بمجالات الاعتراف والاعتماد الدولي لمؤسسات المترولوجيا

مما لا شك فيه أن علم المترولوجيا (علوم وفنون القياس) يؤدي حاليا دورا محوريا في توحيد نظام القياس العالمي ورفع جودة المنتجات التي تتبادل بين دول العالم في محاولة جادة لكسر الحواجز والتغلب على العوائق لإيجاد آلية لتسهيل حركة التجارة العالمية الآخذة في التصاعد والتنامي، ومن المعلوم أيضا أن علوم المترولوجيا وتطبيقاتها تلقى اهتماما كبيرا وعناية فائقة في وقتنا هذا من خلال المعاهد القومية للمترولوجيا التي تحوزها كل دول العالم تقريبا ، ولذا وحتى تتوافق وتتماهى خطط هذه المعاهد معا في طريقها إلى وضع الأسس والقواعد التي تبني عليها معالم تأسيس وتطوير البنية التحتية للجودة فكان لزاما أن يكون هناك نظام موحد لإدارة الجودة على مستوى معاهد المترولوجيا تقوم أولا بتطبيقها وتفعيلها داخليا ثم المعاونة في نشرها وبثها خلال القطاعات المختلفة من الصناعة والبحث العلمي وغيرها عن طريق تحقيق الإسناد المترولوجي لنتائج القياس التي تمنحها هذه المعاهد لأنظمة القياس والمعايرة وأيضا دعمها المستمر من خلال الخبراء في تأهيل واعتماد تلك الأنظمة وفقا للمواصفات الدولية ذات الصلة ، ولذا فإن خطة البرنامج التدريبي (والتي ستكون وفق الإصدار الحديث للمواصفة الاعتماد 17025) سوف تختص ببيان وشرح متطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة لهذه المعاهد في محاولة جادة نحو توحيد الأطر والمفاهيم بين معاهد المترولوجيا في أوطاننا العربية
