Proficiency testing is one of the important tools used by accreditation bodies, competence authorities, clients to assess competence of testing and calibration laboratories (hereinafter referred as Laboratory), it also helps laboratories to develop management system as well as prove technical capacity to interested parties.ISO/IEC 17043 has been widely used as the fundamental standard to ensure the services’ quality of proficiency testing provider all over the world.
