ISO 10015+: Internal Audit Principles and Procedures
Overview
This course focuses on the fundamental and advanced ideas and techniques of training and development. Participants will be provided with the tools and skills to plan and execute training programs - including needs assessment, evaluating trainee learning style, costing considering delivery alternatives, motivating trainees and evaluations to achieve the performance objectives of the organization itself. The course will also include the fundamentals of ISO-10015+ to assist the organization to achieve these objectives. Internal audits are about getting information, in a planned way, from a variety of sources and about comparing the gathered data with the requirements of an established quality management system. Internal audits, sometimes called first-party audits, are conducted on behalf of or by an organization itself for the management review and other internal purposes.
Today, companies are interested in ensuring return on investment regarding their investment in human capital but often lack an appropriate management system to do so. ISO 10015+ is the innovative new instrument to help companies to achieve this strategic objective. This workshop will provide the roadmap and key competence for conducting ISO 10015+ internal audit based on the AQTE 10015+ certification standard.
Course Objectives
- Differentiate between training and development and recognize the roles these activities play in HR management
- Accommodate different training and teaching styles in training programs
- Produce training plans with clear goals and specific learning outcomes
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies
- Differentiate between summative and formative evaluation and explain the importance of each to the training process
- Utilize advanced techniques towards problems in the area of HR management
Who should attend?
This workshop has been designed for individuals in HR, training, and any other personnel involved in the analysis and development of the training plan and who are either assigned to or interested to be internal auditors for their organization's training management system, based on the ISO10015 standard and AdeQuaTE® requirements. They should have experience in regard to training management systems and/or have some experience as internal auditor of other management systems, i.e. quality, environmental, etc. Attendants could also be in the training department or related to learning and development in an organization.

Qualification Procedures
Participants will have opportunity to demonstrate their mastery of the ISO 10015+ certification requirements and their capability in conducting internal audits according to the established procedures and in helping the organization continuously improve its training quality management system.
Certificate
A certificate of Attendance for ISO 10015+ Internal Auditor will be issued by the Academy for Quality in Training and Education (AdeQuaTE®) upon fully completion of the training programme.
A certificate of Internal Auditor for ISO 10015+ will be issued by the Academy for Quality in Training and Education (AdeQuaTE®) upon satisfactory completion of the training and its ensuing requirements

He has worked as a consultant to several multinational companies and other intergovernmental organizations as well as for enterprises in developed, developing and transition economies on building capacities and technical competencies to manage the interdependencies effectively and to improve organisational effectiveness.</p> <p>Dr. Bamboukian taught as a visiting/part-time professor in many Universities and institutions and has authored numerous articles and books on leadership, management development, and training and organisation development.</p> <p>Dr. Bamboukian is an active member of several academies of Management, associations and research institutions and served on many boards.</p> <p>In 1992 Dr. Bamboukian was decorated the highest civilian medal on behalf of The Queen of England.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
