Course Objectives

This course aims to provide the participants with knowledge on gasolines & ADO , and/or Refining,  and improve their understanding of the relations between fuels standards and quality of the products, and the relations between fuels standards and refining scheme constrainats.

Who Should Attend

A technical or scientific background is not required.

Anyone needing an understanding of diesel fuel specifications, test methods, sampling, quality control and current diesel fuel issues. The course is especially suitable for those new to fuels, in both hands-on positions and supervisory or managerial roles in:

• Chemical Composition of Petroleum
• Refinery Streams to Product Gasoline and Diesel.

 Day 2 :

• Petroleum Products Testing and Evaluation
• Gasoline and Diesel Fuel additives for Marketing and Environmental purposes.
• Current fuel Issues and Challenges.
